TERMS & CONDITIONS
HelinaLux Academy strictly adheres to all government regulations, including providing a COVID-19-safe environment. Compliance with the following terms and conditions is mandatory for all students.

Student Code of Conduct
   1.    COVID-19 Guidelines: Students must follow all COVID-19 safety measures as issued by the academy and government authorities.
   2.    Uniform and Appearance:
   •    Students must wear clean uniforms and shoes during school hours.
   •    Hair must be tied back, and no jewelry or nail varnish is allowed.
   3.    Valuables: Bringing jewelry, money, or other valuables to the school is discouraged. The academy is not responsible for any loss or theft.
   4.    Prohibited Items: Chewing gum is not permitted on school premises.
   5.    Course Materials:
   •    All theory and computerized notes provided are strictly for personal use and protected under school copyright policies.
   •    Students must not copy, share, or distribute these materials.

Fees and Refunds
   1.    Non-Refundable Fees:
   •    All training fees, deposits, and course booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
   •    If a student cancels a course date, only a change of date or a credit note equal to the booking fee value will be offered.
   2.    Course Postponement:
   •    If a student cannot attend the course, they must notify the academy via email at support@helinalux.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance.
   •    A course date may be postponed a maximum of two times free of charge. After two postponements, re-registration and repayment are required.
   3.    Exceptions:
   •    Refunds or rescheduling beyond standard terms will only be considered in extenuating circumstances.
   •    Official proof must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the course date.
   4.    No Refund After Attendance:
   •    Fees will not be refunded once a course has been attended.
   5.    Refresh Courses:
   •    Students wishing to retake courses will be charged based on the following:
   •    Within 3 months: 30% of the course price.
   •    Within 6 months: 60% of the course price.
   •    After 6 months: 100% of the course price.

Academy Policies
   1.    Course Updates:
   •    To maintain up-to-date content, the academy reserves the right to modify course curricula and syllabi without prior notice.
   2.    Behavior Standards:
   •    Disrespectful or harmful behavior toward other students, tutors, or the academy’s reputation is grounds for instant dismissal with no refund of existing course fees.

Booking Conditions
   1.    HelinaLux  Academy reserves the right to:
   •    Decline admission to any training course.
   •    Cancel or reschedule training courses (dates, locations, or content). Alternative dates will be offered for rescheduled courses. No refunds will be provided for changes.
   2.    Online training for Qualifi-regulated courses paid through installments may be suspended for students failing to meet payment deadlines.

Discounted Courses
   •    Courses purchased at a discounted price or with discretionary price reductions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Complaints Procedure
   1.    Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to support@helinalux.co.uk. Complaints sent via text message will not be addressed.
   2.    Complaints will be acknowledged within one week of receipt.
   3.    The academy does not offer refunds for complaints related to training courses undertaken.
