Academy Courses must be cancelled at most 24 Hours after booking a course. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Treatment/course price. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment/Course without prior notice, a no show fee of 50% of the Treatment/Course Price will be charged. Prepaid Appointments: Prepaid sessions will be forfeited in case of late cancellations or no-shows unless rescheduled within the notice period.
