Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy At HelinaLux, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients, we have implemented the following payment policies regarding cancellations and no-shows: Cancellation Policy: Treatments must be cancelled at Least 24 Hours before the Appointment. Academy Courses must be cancelled at most 24 Hours after booking a course. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Treatment/course price. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment/Course without prior notice, a no show fee of 50% of the Treatment/Course Price will be charged. Prepaid Appointments: Prepaid sessions will be forfeited in case of late cancellations or no-shows unless rescheduled within the notice period.
